Mallory Abbott OMSc is a Osteopathic Manual Practitioner graduating from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton Ontario. She is also a Registered Massage Therapist, licensed with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Previous to this, she began her post-secondary education at the University of Western Ontario in her home town of London. During her studies at Western, she excelled in the Health Science Program. With a keen interest in anatomy and physiology, it was here she decided to pursue the studies of the human body into further depth.
Osteopathic education has provided her with the principles to assess and treat a diverse population of the public. As she continues to further educate herself in the field of alternative medicine, Mallory will graduate in October 2018 as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
Mallory believes participating in a holistic approach of health care is the fundamental key to optimal health and wellness. Mallory is also a Pilates instructor and has completed the Pilates Process Mat Level 1 and 2 in Toronto. She is motivated and inspired by the powerful benefits manual therapy can provide for our bodies. She finds much interest in the rehabilitation of injuries, prevention in health and the maintenance of care.
